What does TradePlug charge?
Commission plan checkouts allocate 10% of the order amount to the platform and 90% to the merchant subaccount. TradePlug's main Paystack account bears the Paystack processing fee for these checkouts. Your payout details are verified before the subaccount is set up.
When will payouts arrive?
Paystack handles settlement to the bank account you connected. Settlement timing depends on Paystack and your account; check Paystack for the current settlement status and schedule.
Who delivers my order?
The store sets and communicates its delivery options. Check the delivery details on the store or contact the merchant before ordering if anything is unclear.
How do refunds and disputes work?
Buyers can contact the merchant and raise a dispute from an eligible order. Merchants and platform administrators have review tools, and Paystack refunds are tracked through their processing states. A refund is not complete until Paystack confirms it.
